The Process
1. Schedule a walk-through.
2. During the walk-through we will listen to your cleaning needs and assess your space, and take thorough notes.
3. Then we will develop a cohesive plan to keep your space clean and healthy with an easy flat rate.

3. Good clear communication and systems to be sure quality is top priority. We will have a communication clipboard on the job where you can relay anything that was missed or any concerns you have. We will address them on a weekly basis to maintain a healthy space and a long-term relationship.
Commercial Cleaning Procedures
1. Love Clean prefers to clean when employees are gone if possible
2. Same cleaning teams for consistency when possible
3. Keys and alarm codes are kept safe and secure
4. Love Clean uses its own supplies doesn’t keep any supplies in your building
5. A logbook will be left at your building for communication with our team.
6. Process starts with a walkthrough and then a flat rate is assigned depending on cleaning needs and frequency.
7. Covid exposure spray disinfectant service is available for a flat rate and is priced by square footage. Our disinfectant product is Qodesh Love Cleaner; Made in house, cleans just like other disinfectants, but is 100% Organic. Pet and Kid friendly.
8. When there is a covid exposure in your building we will spray it down first with a trained applicator in proper PPE before we send in our cleaners for regular cleaning. So love clean employees are not exposed and safe.
9. Touchpoints, doorknobs, light switches, handrails, chair arms, etc are all included in normal cleans with disinfectant.
10. For all non Traverse City addresses, we charge an additional $25 drive fee that goes directly to the driver.
