The Process
1. Give us a call to setup a Fifteen-minute phone conversation for a time that works best for you.
2. We will listen to your house cleaning needs and take detailed notes.
3. Then we will develop a cleaning plan and quote based on our hourly rate of $50 per hour with a minimum of (three hours). Vacation rental cleaning has a minimum of ($250).

House Cleaning Procedures
- Hourly based cleaning at $50 per hour with (a three-hour minimum)
- Eco-friendly essential oil products – Young Living Thieves household cleaner.
- For all non Traverse City addresses, we charge an additional $25 drive fee that goes directly to the driver.
- We will wash your dishes per your request for our hourly rate.
- Client covid preferences are noted and accommodated.
